About This Dog for Adoption

Elton's ideal home

Elton is a sensitive soul who would love to find a quiet home. He is a really lovely boy with those he knows but he can be worried by unknown people and is finding life a little stressful right now. For this reason he is looking for an adult-only home. Elton needs to be the only dog in the home for now. However this has potential to change as he's really good seeing other dogs out and about, he was just not able to mix as he was poorly when he came into our care. Unfortunately Elton isn't able to live with cats.

Could you be Elton's perfect match?

Elton is a really adorable boy who was sadly found as a stray. This ordeal has understandably left him with a few worries but it normally doesn’t take him long before he’s asking for fuss. He doesn’t always realise his size and does his best to be a lap dog if given half a chance! Elton spent a short time in foster where he was ok being left for a few hours and travelled well in the car. Housetraining still needs a bit of work, but he did show positive signs with this before fireworks started. Elton really isn’t a fan of kennels and would love to find an understanding home that can take things slowly with him and get him used to the finer things in life. If you think that could be you why not add him as a favourite today.
