About This Dog for Adoption

Theo's ideal home

3-year-old Theo is a happy, handsome Rotti x Collie looking for a warm, patient home that can help him take life one confident step at a time. He’ll thrive with adopters who enjoy an active lifestyle yet understand the value of slow introductions and gentle reassurance. Theo needs some help building up his leaving time, so he’ll suit someone whose around for most of the day and able to provide support as he learns that being alone can be okay. Theo would be able to live with secondary school children in a quieter, smaller residential area to help him settle. With a bit of guidance in car travel and a family willing to let him progress at his own pace, Theo could make wonderful companion as he grows in confidence.

Could you be Theo's perfect match?

Theo is a sweet, goofy boy bursting with affection and enthusiasm. He adores a good cuddle and will happily nudge you for more fuss. He likes his tennis ball and relishes in energetic, playful walks. When he’s out exploring, he’s more than happy to mix with other dogs. Though cautious of certain noises and a little fussy with food, his bright, eager personality shines through. Once he feels safe, Theo is a fun, loving companion with a huge heart. Give him patience, understanding, and a chance to explore the world at his speed, and he’ll return that care with loyalty, joy and endless happy moments.
