They will be ready to leave around the 4th of January they will be microchipped and have there 1st injections although you may want to do these yourself as vets like to use the same vaccine for the 1st and 2nd vaccine we can discuss this though. Although not illegal to sell younger, it is also Highly recommended that a puppy does not leave their mother or siblings before being at least 8 weeks old. Generally, 8-12 weeks old is considered the best age to buy or sell a puppy.
