About This Dog for Adoption

Roxy's ideal home

Roxy is looking for an active home with adopters who can take her on fun adventures and will give her all the love and care she deserves. This loveable girl can live with children aged 10 years and over who are comfortable with a large and bouncy dog and can play nicely with her and leave her to relax and rest when needed. Roxy could live with a calm and relaxed dog who will happily coexist with her and is happy to occasionally engage in play, though this is not a necessity, she would be happy with friendly walking buddies. She cannot live with cats or other small furries. She is a super smart girl and has some training under her belt, she does a lovely “sit”, “paw” and “down”, she loves using her brain and would enjoy extra training to keep her busy. She will need housetraining so a private, secure garden is needed. Roxy could be left alone for up to 1 -2 hours, this would need to be built up slowly after she has had time to settle into her new home. Roxy will need to meet her adopters a few times prior to going home, so please bear this in mind when applying. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes up to 7 – 10 days, and potential adopters would be required to come up to the centre to meet her within 48hrs of being shortlisted.
