About This Dog

Vernon's ideal home

Vernon is on the search for his forever home with an active family who can take him on new adventures. He can take some time to warm up to new people and therefore would like a patient family who can take the time to settle him into his new home. He can find being left worrying and therefore would like a family to be around for most of the day whilst he settles in. He would like to be the only pet in the home but would like to continue learning how to interact with dogs politely when out on his walks. Vernon can live with older teenagers in the home who are comfortable around large, bouncy dogs. He would like a private and secure garden to enjoy with his family.

Could you be Vernon's perfect match?

Vernon is a big bundle of fun who loves treats, toys and lots of cuddles once he knows you! He is a super clever boy who knows lots of tricks and loves to show them off. He currently knows sit, paw, stay, down, touch, middle, has good recall and is positively muzzle trained. He is a big cuddle bug who will lean into you for fuss once he has had some time to warm up to you. Vernon loves spending quality time with his favourite people and in secure off lead areas he will often check in to see that you are close. Vernon is such a wonderful boy who is sure to bring lots of joy to his forever family.
